The Spring Book Fair is coming up soon. We are in need of volunteers to help with set up, working the fair, and take down.
Any help you can give would be appreciated, even an hour in the morning after drop off, or in the afternoon before pick-up would be helpful.
The book fair set up will be this Friday, February 22 during the school day.
The Book Fair Will Be Open for Business:
February 25 – 28 – Monday – Thursday
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:15 AM- 2:30 PM
Tuesday (late evening) 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Wednesday 8:10 AM - 12:45 PM
During the book fair, students need help finding the items they are looking for, and also with pricing.
We will need help to take down the book fair on Friday, March 1st during school hours.
Set up involves moving the chairs and tables to make room for the book fair carts. Moving the large book carts into place, and setting up display tables.
Take down involves packing everything back up, and putting chairs and tables back in place to prepare the library for students the following week.
